Our next Chief Executive will play a central role in shaping the future of our local system, setting ambitious goals for population health and —redefining for the ICB how we work, how we lead, and how we deliver strategic commissioning for our population. 

We are looking for someone who brings not only significant leadership experience, but also the values that underpin our work: authenticity, openness, integrity, and a deep commitment to empowering others. At the same time, this role demands grip and control—ensuring that our system operates with clarity, accountability, and a relentless focus on delivery. You will be expected to lead with both compassion and precision, balancing strategic vision with operational discipline.
